Meatloaf Recipe

This is not a cooking blog, and I am not a cook. But I did once improvise a meatloaf out of food that was around and it turned out to taste really great.

Here’s the recipe so you can have Art’s Leftovers Meatloaf.

1 lb ground sausage

1 lb ground turkey

1 egg (chicken)

1 cup breadcrumbs

1/2 large onion, diced

1 green bell pepper, diced

1 tsp salt

1 tsp pepper (I use cayenne because I like it a bit warm)

1/2 cup barbecue sauce (I use Sweet Baby Ray’s)

Mash it all together, make sure it’s all really smushed into one big glob. Then bake it at 375 for an hour, let it sit for at least 20 minutes, then eat it.
